How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by location:
• UK: 7–15 business days
• EU: 10–20 business days
• Asia: 7–20 business days (depending on country & local customs)
Can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking to update. You can track your order on our [Order Tracking Page]
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window after your order is delivered.
If you're not happy with your purchase, just email us at [support@shofluxion.com] within 14 days of receiving your item. We'll be happy to help with a refund or replacement.

- In certain situations (such as damaged or low-cost items), we may offer a refund without requiring a return — this is at our discretion. Please contact us and we’ll review your case.
- Return shipping (if needed) may be at your expense unless the item is faulty.
My item hasn’t arrived yet — what should I do?
Most orders arrive within 7–20 business days, depending on your location. If your tracking hasn’t updated in a while or it’s been over 15 business days, feel free to contact us at [support@shofluxion.com] and we’ll be happy to check on it for you
Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders quickly to get them shipped as soon as possible, so it’s not always possible to cancel or change an order once it’s placed.
If you need to make a change, please contact us within 6–12 hours of placing your order — we’ll do our best to help if the item hasn’t been processed yet.
Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to make any changes or cancel it.
